  • Provide pricing of comparable homes for sale and recently sold so the offer is informed and competitive.
  • Discuss and deliver an offer of professional caliber.
  • Negotiate terms as necessary.
  • Congratulate you as you enter escrow!

ESCROW


  • Provide dates and instructions for each step of escrow.
  • Review any additional documents provided by sellers.
  • Provide inspection referrals as/if necessary. 
  • Communicate with the seller’s agent, lender, inspectors, vendors, appraiser, and title company throughout the escrow process to keep you informed and the process on track.
  • Final walk-through to ensure it’s in the same condition as when purchased.
  • Meet you with the keys to your new home!
